                       Subject: Expressing views on ragging.

Sir,

      I would like to request you to allow me a little space on the page of your highly esteemed daily so that I may draw the attention of all concerned authority to the problems in ragging on educational institution in our state.

     Of let ragging has become an acute problem in our state. There was ragging in the institution in the past. But now it has become violent and has already claimed several lives.

      Usually, the new students of rural areas are the victims of ragging they are subjected to in human torture- Physical or Mental. It is often argue that ragging is necessary to make the shy students smart. There may be some reason behind it. But none can support violence and brutality in ragging that often results in death or permanent injury to the body. In fact, every year during starting of new session in engineering and medical collages we here of such brutality called ragging.

     I think as such that every good citizen of our country should raise voice against ragging to prohibit ragging in educational institutions, thereby to remove the anxiety of the worried guardians who send their wards to institution for higher studies.
